Koalas are nocturnal herbivorous marsupials, which mainly feed
on eucalypts of the kinds "Red Gum", "Manna Gum",
and "Grey Gum". At daylight they sleep in branches high
up in the trees. In Waratah
Park* this can be observed. Follow the signs with drawings of
koalas which read "look up, can you find it".
Most of the koalas live in South East Australia.
