Balmain Watch House

Balmain Watch House was built 1854 as police station and local jail. The number of inhabitants reached more than 3.000 at that time. The centre of Balmain was at this place then. Later it moved further to the western part of Balmain.

Today the main office of the Balmain Association is located here. Furthermore various exhibitions take place here.
