From Palm Beach you should take the ferry to Bobbin Head. On the 90 minute trip through the estuary of the Hawkesbury river you pass along breath taking landscapes until you arrive at Bobbin Head in the Cowan Creek. During the one hour stop you can have a picknick in the park or go for a short walk. From here start a lot of bush walks through the Ku-ring-gai Chase National Park. After one hour the ferry goes back to Palm Beach.
